We supply flame-resistant woven PPE fabrics for pilot and bomb disposal suits, worn by militaries around the world. Using ultra-protective aramid fibres, we weave fabrics that are not only durable and flameproof, but breathable and comfortable, helping to prevent heat stress.

In 1975 Hainsworth developed the first meta-aramid fabric in the UK for fast jet protective coveralls. Our military PPE fabrics are designed to be incorporated into a multi-layer assembly, withstanding the rigours of one of the most demanding of environments. Hainsworth offer a mid-weight TITAN™ fabric complete with our REPEL+™ finish. We also offer aramid fibre narrow fabrics as well as a wide range of non-flame-retardant webbings to complement them.
All Hainsworth Protective Fabrics meet and surpass international industry standards. Our laboratory means we can test our fabrics in-house, to ensure consistency at all stages of the manufacturing process.
